Refund policy

At Lady Alchemy, we craft our products with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes the enchantment may not be quite right for you. Thus, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

The Enchanted 30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days after receiving your mystical items to begin the return process. Should the moon and stars align within this period, you are eligible to return your item.

Eligibility for Return

To return your item, please ensure it remains as pristine as when it departed our enchanted shop:

  • Packaging: The item should be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to complete the transaction.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return journey, contact us at hello@ladyalchemy.co.nz. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note, items sent back without first requesting a return may wander aimlessly and will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your enchanted goods, please inspect them thoroughly. If you uncover any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue and restore the balance.

Exchanges

Should you desire a different enchanted item, the swiftest method is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you may procure the new item in a separate purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team of alchemists, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
